Orders and Returns

ORDERS:

Each order is shipped including the following items:
branded box, thank you card, brand card*
(*the following items are subject to availability. To meet delivery times, packaging may be altered.)

It is possible to request a return no later than 7 days from receiving the product. To initiate the procedure, send an email to coquillagejewellery@gmail.com

Customer Service will provide return instructions via email, and the return must be shipped within 2 working days of confirmation.

Items within the ear section, meaning EARRINGS and/or HOOPS and/or PIERCINGS and/or EARCUFFS, and personalized items are not subject to the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code: Article 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code eliminates the right of withdrawal in cases where the item sold has been made “to measure” or “personalized” based on the choices of the final customer, or for hygiene reasons.

N.B. The refund amount is calculated excluding shipping costs and net of any discounts applied at the time of purchase. Example: if you purchase an item for €100.00 with a 10% discount, you will receive the €90.00 paid and not the total value of the goods.
